Presidential tour continues in Evinayong08.03.2017
The Head of State, with his wife, Constancia Mangue, and accompanying entourage, has arrived in Evinayong, the capital of the Centro Sur province, to continue his State tour.
"There are countries which are economically strong, which have taken the decision to lower the price of a barrel of oil", which has caused the "stagnation of some projects", recalled the President, and he assured that "with that, we are not going to stop continuing with development. We are going to do everything possible".
In order to confront the crisis, the Head of State asked for transparency from administrators, to prevent all types of corruption and to work as one.
We reject any attempt at disturbing the peace, taking into account that "peace is the benefit that is currently transforming our country", recalled H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, in his speeches during the tour.
The President Founder of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE) also explained that "harmony is what must guide us in order to implement the programme we call Horizonte 2020, to become a self-sufficient country".
Another of the messages on the tour is directed at fathers and mothers, so that they advise their children to become professionally trained, and thus avoid delinquency, which is growing in large cities like Malabo and Bata.
With respect to the upcoming municipal , legislative and Senate elections, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo asked voters to elect the best politicians: "Now is the time when you have to look at who are the best politicians"
With respect to the urban districts, he explained that they are the focus of development created by the Government in order to bring the administration to the people, taking into account that in order to bring about a change in mentality, there must also be structural changes.
