Communiqué on establishing diplomatic relations between Equatorial Guinea and the Kyrgyz Republic


“The Republic of Equatorial Guinea and the Kyrgyz Republic, wishing to contribute to good understanding and with the strengthening of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, guided by the principles and aims of the Charter of the Organisation of the United Nations and International Law, in particular, regarding respect and strengthening of international peace and security, and equality between countries, due respect for national sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence, international agreements and non-interference in the internal affairs of the countries,

have decided to establish diplomatic relations on the level of Ambassadors, which will come into force from the date of signing this Joint Communiqué, in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18th April 1961, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24th April 1962, and on the basis of the principles set out in the Charter of the Organisation of the United Nations".
