AfDB organises third knowledge exchange forum

African countries have implemented structural programmes for sustainable development, including Agenda 2063 from the African Union, in order to achieve economic and social progress on the continent.
As a contribution to the efforts of African countries under Agenda 2063, which includes the promotion of employment through agriculture and industrialisation, access to energy and drinking water, the diversification of food sources, and the promotion of inclusive growth and equality for a better life for all Africans, the AfDB, through its department for the Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV), has decided to organise the forum.
It is expected that some 300 delegations will take part. It is a biennial event, which provides a platform to share knowledge, experience and good practice in evaluation and development in Africa. It also aims to facilitate opinions on the contribution of evaluation in the implementation of priority areas under Agenda 2063.
