Equatorial Guinea suspends Boeing 737-8 MAX flights in its airspace


After a brief meeting that  the Vice President, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue has granted to the Vice Minister of Civil Aviation and senior representatives of ASECNA, Equatorial Guinea has joined on March 12 to the temporary decision taken by China, Indonesia, Mongolia and other states, to suspend explotation of Boeing 737-8 MAX.

This decision was made after the recent tragedy in Ethiopia, which killed 159 people.
Plane crash - the second in the world with the participation of the aircraft of this model - has seriously damaged the reputation of the oldest and most respected airline on the African continent.
